How to order cremation and custom ring.

Cremation Ringz- 

We know that losing a loved one is one of the hardest things to go though. Our cremation and Memory Fabric rings allow you to always carry your loved ones with you. Please know your loved one will be treated with the utmost dignity and compassion. When you are ready to start your custom piece there are a few steps.

  1. Select your perfect piece. Any of our rings and pendants can have cremation added to them. Add it to the cart. If there is an option to select cremation do so here. If it is custom, please contact us via email, contact us now button or text. It is very important to let us know.
  2. When it is time to send your cremation, we would need about 1-2 tablespoons. You can use any airtight container. Examples are empty medication bottles and zip lock bags. You can send them in a poly mailer (bubble mailer) or small box. It is completely up to you if you would like to have the package marked cremation by the post office. However, they do charge quite a bit for shipping this way. USPS is the only one that will ship cremation. However, you choose to ship please get tracking on your package. We cannot take responsibility for them until they are in our possession. Please send us the tracking number, or shipping information so we can look for it.
  1. We go live every day on our TIKTOK page making orders. You can tune in and watch your custom order come to life. Our page is under Freedomringz19. We will notify you the day before or morning of the live so you can watch it. We are very flexible so if you need us to do it on a specific day, we would be more than happy to do so. We also will not make your ring live if you do not want us to do so. If this is a gift for someone and wish to not have any information shared during the live, please let us know as well.
  2. Sit back, relax and wait. After the ring starts on the live, there is still many steps we must do before it is finished. All unused cremation will be returned with your order. Sometimes we return they mixed with the inlay material. This can be used if you are ever wanting a second ring or a pendant down the road. We will keep you informed every step of the way. We will contact you once your order ships and provide you with tracking information.
  3. Once your ring arrives, please let us know. We know you’re going to love it. Please feel free to make a video and tag us on your social media. Word of mouth is the best advertisement for small businesses.

Military Ringz-

Please contact us via email, contact us now button or text. It is very important to let us know. When ordering a military fabric ring you could either send an 8x8 piece of your own uniform or we do have all branch uniforms on hand. They will all come with stainless steel core.

 

 Memory Fabric Ringz-

Please contact us via email, contact us now button or text. It is very important to let us know. When ordering a memory fabric ring you will need to send an 8x8 piece of your fabric of choice. They will all come with stainless steel core.
